Top notch attorney I would highly recommend him over other attorneys in Santa Maria, after hiring another attorney and seen my case go nowhere I hired Attorney Gamble and within a couple of months we had the case against her dismissed. I came to Mr. Gamble with an impossible task. You see have some criminal history and the avoidance of jail in my instance posed a problem. Mr. Gamble was very fair and reasonable with respect to his fees and in fact he has bent over backwards to be there for me in this case. My case involves the allegation of insurance fraud. Shortly after accepting my case I was diagnosed with Stage IV colon cancer. This meant that if jailed I could literally die in jail. As we all know, the jails are not great medical providers. Mr. Gamble has worked tirelessly to keep me out of jail. Mr. Gamble presence in the courthouse is well respected and noticed. He has great command of the legal system. When I was 19 I had found myself getting into some trouble with controlled substances I was arrested one time in the wrong place at the wrong time situation and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance I went to court played guilty and was ordered to do drug counseling to avoid classes long story short I moved out of state because I had other legal things I needed to tend to that were more serious in my home state I was not sure what would happen for not continuing the classes however it has been nine years and I was trying to apply for licensure after finishing college to find out that things had come up on my background check only to find out that I had a misdemeanor warrant for being under the influence of a controlled substance so finding that my dropping out of drug counseling had caught up with me I was very worried because I don't research and found online that there was a chance I would have to do some jail time being the mother of a two-year-old daughter and nearly 9 years later completely turned my life over and around from where I was I was very nervous William gamble and his assistant Kizzy were so kind and helpful because he was always assuring me over the phone that things would get worked out and not to worry was very helpful along the way and answering any questions and Mr. Gamble although did not give them 100% guarantee was pretty confident that I would not have to do any jail time and said he would try to get the charges dismissed honestly I wasn't even sure I thought that I was probably just going to have to do drug classes all over again when I got back the verdict of the case being dismissed I was beyond ecstatic! When I was younger I made a terrible decision which resulted in Criminal charges being filed. Mr. Gamble's associate attorney Kizzy Garcia is one of the most rude professionals, late for appointments and sounds annoyed when you call to ask questions on your case despite paying this law firm for their services. I would not recommend this law firm.

Waited a week for my consultation with Ms. Garcia. Appointment didn’t actually start until 40 minutes after my appointment time. When I finally spoke with her, she knew nothing about my case even though I provided the receptionist the case number. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and spoke as if she couldn’t care less about taking on my case. Thank god I didn’t spend any money on this extremely rude and unprofessional person. She needs to find a different profession. Only people who care and have a heart should be working in family law.

I cannot express enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with my experience at the Law office of William Gamble, specifically with our appointed attorney, Ms. Garcia. My partner and I waited for a week for a "free consultation," only to be met with an absolute nightmare. While we were going to have that “free consultation” it was clear how disappointing it was to Ms. Garcia to have to offer this. She had to mention that normally she would’ve charged $300-$400 but because she is under William Gamble she had to offer the free consultation service. We made sure to provide all necessary information, including the case number, to the front desk, hoping for a smooth process. Unfortunately, our hopes were quickly shattered on the day of our scheduled appointment. Ms. Garcia was incredibly late, making us wait for a whole 40 minutes without any apology. When she finally showed up, it was evident she had no idea about our case and seemed completely unprepared. To make matters worse, Ms. Garcia's demeanor was shockingly rude and unprofessional. It was as if she had no interest in helping us or addressing our concerns during this critical time of need. Her dismissive attitude was the final straw. She practically told us to hang up, leaving us feeling helpless and ignored. Instead of trying to change her horrible attitude and try to resolve what was happening she said “Clearly this isn’t going to work out so you might as well hang up now.” It's truly disheartening to encounter such a lack of compassion and professionalism from someone who claims to be an attorney. My advice to anyone seeking legal assistance is to steer clear of the Law office of William Gamble and avoid Ms. Garcia at all costs. This experience has left us shaken and questioning the integrity of their entire firm. If you value your time, money, and emotional well-being, stay far away from their office. Garcia's lack of care and professionalism is a glaring warning sign that you deserve better representation elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and find legal counsel who truly cares about your case and treats clients with the respect and dedication they deserve.

William K. Gamble I know nothing about and this review is not based on him. but it is based on his rude associate "Kizzy Garcia" who is a family law attorney. Imagine being ready to hand over thousands of dollars to someone and you catch them saying rude comments as your phone is cutting in and out to there secretary. saying "it sounds like this guy doesn't have any money to spend" and "if he calls back I'm only going to give him another 15 minutes of my time". So to anyone reading this. Yes she sounds like she's all about helping you in your time of need. but beware what she says behind your back behind closed doors or over the phone that was cutting in and out. So thank you "Kizzy Garcia" for showing me your true colors

William Gambles Office wants only money. They are not there for legal advice or helping you understand anything involved in a divorce. These people are precisely why they are a criminal defense attorney. I wouldn't recommend using his office for a family law case. These people are precisely why 99 percent choose to represent themselves. Unless you are a millionaire they will treat you accordingly.

HORRIBLE service Bob Mcdermott and Kizzy are very rude. They have no compassion for your case, and Bob did not defend me in the courtroom at all he is VERY passive. He refused to use any of my evidence and witnesses for the case. I came into the courtroom with more than what I came out with. If you want to protect your children do not hire these people to represent you.
